Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all SALT Attire brand tags and packaging intact.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
